Darryl S. Weiss, M.D., is a Board-Certified Dermatologist specializing in hair transplantation, laser surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Weiss is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Pennsylvania State University. He received his medical degree at The Medical College of Virginia in 1986, where he was elected to the National Medical Honor Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After a one year internship, he performed his residency training in dermatology at Jackson Memorial hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Weiss frequently lectures to other physicians on innovations in hair transplantation. He is the recipient of a national research award, has authored numerous scientific articles, and has been chosen by a major pharmaceutical company to investigate new medical treatments for male pattern baldness.

Dr. Weiss is a member of several local, national, and international medical societies. He has been a clinical research investigator for Merck & Company, Inc., since 1991, and has participated in hair loss studies which were instrumental in the development of the FDA-approved medication, Propecia®.
